Aly is currently working on her Master’s in Social Work at the University of South Florida. She completed her Bachelor’s in Communication from Weber State University. After finding a sense of purpose in caring for animals on a farm, she decided it was time to return to school to support others. Aly recognizes the impact of trauma, socioeconomic barriers, and diverse cultural upbringings and incorporates this into her work. She enjoys meeting people where they are and working collaboratively to help them build skills to regulate and advocate for themselves. Drawing on her interest and background in mental health, Aly is committed to helping others cultivate a life worth living.
Aly enjoys eating good food, baking cakes for friends, and getting outside. In her free time, you can find Aly in the mountains hiking, camping, mountain biking, paddleboarding, or snowboarding.
