Telehealth Delivered. Since the start of COVID, we have successfully converted all our treatment services, including our IOPs, to telehealth. All standard services and IOPs are currently offered via HIPAA-secure video conferencing. Regardless of physical location in Oregon state, clients have access to all relevant services offered at Portland DBT Institute via telehealth including medication management, adolescent and family DBT, Eating Disorder IOP and Teen and Family IOP.
Some therapists offer in-person individual therapy appointments at our Portland office (5100 S Macadam Ave, Suite 350, Portland OR 97239), and Medford office (7 Crater Lake Ave, Suite 7A, Medford OR 97504). There is also an in-person skills training group available for our Teens and Families at the Portland office. All other services are currently delivered via telehealth.
