Jillian graduated from the University of Washington, Seattle—earning a B.A. in Psychology with College Honors and a B.S. in Neuroscience with Interdisciplinary Honors. During her time at UW, she completed an honors thesis on peer support and lived experience through the Sibley Lab at Seattle Children’s Research Institute, where she continues to contribute to ongoing publication projects.

Her experiences in clinical psychology research, neuropsychiatric memory care, and both disability justice and mental health advocacy have shaped her passion for culturally competent and equitable treatment approaches. At PDBTI, Jillian works as a Suicide Care Coordinator and DBT Skills Trainer. She hopes to leverage her empathy and interdisciplinary problem-solving in patient-centered care as a future physician-researcher.

Outside of work, you can find Jillian avidly reading, listening to 70s music, cuddling with her dogs, or enjoying time outdoors
