Alana enjoys integrating experiential and mindfulness based techniques into her practice to promote a stronger sense of self and how we relate to the world around us.

At PDBTI, Alana is part of the Teen and Family team. Alana fosters a safe therapeutic space assisting clients with cultivating perspective, self-awareness, and mastery of their own lives.
